Our gluten-free carrot cake recipe is almost the same recipe from from my grandfather but we have substituted our favorite GF flour blend and its hard to tell its gluten-free, even my kids couldn’t tell the difference! It is a perfect balance of brown sugar, cinnamon, carrots and crushed pineapple, plus some salty crunch of toasted walnuts. I promise you will not be disappointed!
