The Tom Cruise cake? Yes, I have recently seen this cake on social media and thought I would give it a try.  This cake is a white chocolate-coconut cake that Tom Cruise sends to his friends every Christmas. Didn’t get one? Well I recreated this recipe from the Doan’s Bakery in CA and it’s pretty awesome. A combination of coconut and white chocolate in a moist, sour cream based cake and topped with light and fluffy coconut frosting and shredded coconut. Thank you Tom Cruise!
