I should name this cake simply “chocolate bomb” but I felt like it needed more. This play on a recipe from Sally’s Baking Addition is so full of chocolate, three types in fact. We take our moist, luscious dark chocolate cake and layer it with our silky, creamy chocolate mousse and then top it with milk chocolate shavings and fruit. A perfect combination, you can’t go wrong.
