Passion Fruit Tart


I found this  recipe for a delicious twist on the classic key lime pie in the Wall Street Journal and just had to try it. The addition of fresh passion fruit adds a  tangy and floral note to balance the tart of the key lime. Baked in a sweet dough and coconut flake crust, then topped with a toasted meringue its sweet, creamy, tangy and something to try!
