This twist on a lemon meringue pie is a recipe shared from one of my oldest friends Adrienne. She shared this recipe with me when I got married and I have been making it ever since. It has a golden brown meringue crust and is filled with a lemony creamy custard. Tangy and sweet my family gobbles it up whenever I make it, and it is light enough so you don’t feel overly full once you have a slice. Good luck getting a second slice.
