One of my all time favorite Italian desserts, whenever I to to an Italian restaurant i have to try their version and I (almost) always think ours is the best. We start with lady fingers soaked in espresso and some rum and layer those with creamy zabaglione, then we dust it with cocoa powder and then repeat. When the pan is full we dust it with more coco power and chill. And we prepare the tiramisu in a glass baking dish which is yours keep and bring back for refills when you are done.
